For Insurance Shoppers

Select home insurance or auto insurance and complete the guided request form. You may be asked to provide information about your property, vehicle, coverage preferences, insurance history, location, and contact details
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Review the information you entered and submit your request. Before submitting, you will be shown applicable disclosures explaining how your information may be used and how participating insurance agencies may contact you.
Step 3: Connect With Insurance Professionals
When an appropriate match is available, your information may be provided to one or more participating insurance agencies or authorized partners. A licensed insurance professional may contact you to discuss your needs, ask additional questions, and explain available options.
Step 4: Review and Decide
Review any quotes, coverage information, exclusions, limits, deductibles, and conditions directly with the insurance professional. You are never required to purchase a policy simply because you submitted a request through ResQAgents. Only a licensed insurance carrier or authorized insurance professional can confirm eligibility, provide a final quote, bind coverage, or issue a policy.
For Insurance Agencies
Step 1: Create Your Agency Account
Register your agency and provide the requested business, licensing, contact, billing, and service-area information. Additional verification may be required before access is approved.
Step 2: Set Your Preferences
Choose the insurance categories, locations, lead types, budgets, and delivery preferences that fit your agency. Lead availability varies by market, consumer demand, platform activity, and account eligibility.
Step 3: Access Available Leads
Browse or receive available opportunities through the Agency Portal. Review the lead information, delivery terms, pricing, and applicable lead category before purchasing or accepting an opportunity
Step 4: Contact, Quote, and Follow Up
Contact consumers promptly and professionally using the information provided. Agency users are responsible for complying with applicable insurance, privacy, telemarketing, licensing, advertising, and consumer-protection requirements.
