Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

What is ResQAgents?
ResQAgents is a digital platform that connects consumers interested in home or auto insurance with participating insurance agencies and authorized insurance professionals. The platform also gives insurance agencies access to consumer inquiries and lead-management tools.
ResQAgents is not an insurance carrier and does not itself underwrite, issue, bind, or renew insurance policies unless specifically stated otherwise. Insurance products are offered by participating insurance companies, agencies, brokers, or licensed professionals.
No. Any rate, savings amount, or pricing example displayed on the website is for general informational or comparison purposes only. Actual insurance premiums depend on factors such as location, age, driving history, claims history, property information, vehicle information, coverage limits, deductibles, carrier guidelines, discounts, and eligibility.

Questions for Insurance Clients

Is using ResQAgents free for consumers?
Consumers are not charged for submitting a home or auto insurance request through the standard quote-matching process. Participating agencies or other business partners may compensate ResQAgents for marketing, lead-generation, technology, or referral services
No. Submitting a request does not require you to purchase a policy or accept an offer. You should review the coverage, price, exclusions, deductibles, limits, and carrier information before making a decision.
Some information may be displayed online, but a licensed insurance professional may need to contact you to verify your details and provide an accurate quote. A quote is not final until it is confirmed by the applicable insurance agency or carrier.
Insurance pricing and eligibility can depend on information about the driver, vehicle, property, location, insurance history, and requested coverage. ResQAgents uses the information you provide to operate the platform, process your request, identify potential matches, prevent fraud, and connect you with participating agencies or authorized partners. Please review the Privacy Policy for additional information.
Depending on your request and consent, ResQAgents and participating insurance agencies or authorized partners may contact you about home or auto insurance options. The identity or category of the contacting parties should be disclosed through the request process, consent language, Privacy Policy, or related disclosures.
You may reply STOP to applicable text messages or directly ask the caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list. You may also contact ResQAgents at support@resqagents.com with your name, phone number, and request. Processing an opt-out request may not cancel communications that were independently authorized through another company or relationship.
No. Coverage depends on carrier availability, underwriting requirements, state laws, eligibility, payment, and acceptance by the insurance company. Do not cancel an existing policy until replacement coverage has been confirmed and placed in effect.

Questions for Insurance Agencies

Who can create an agency account?
Agency accounts are intended for legitimate insurance businesses and authorized professionals. ResQAgents may request information concerning the agency’s business identity, licenses, contact details, ownership, payment method, and service areas before approving access.
Not necessarily. Lead exclusivity depends on the lead category, product description, purchase terms, account agreement, and availability shown at the time of purchase. Agencies should review the applicable lead details before completing a transaction.
No. A lead represents a consumer inquiry or expression of interest, not a guaranteed sale. ResQAgents does not guarantee contactability, eligibility, quote acceptance, policy purchase, revenue, or return on investment.
Available information depends on the insurance category and what the consumer voluntarily provides. It may include contact information, location, property or vehicle details, coverage preferences, insurance status, policy timing, and other relevant information.
Lead-credit or replacement eligibility depends on the applicable agency agreement, lead category, evidence submitted, reporting deadline, and platform policy. Not every unsuccessful contact attempt or non-converting opportunity qualifies for a credit.
Agencies should respond as soon as reasonably possible after receiving a lead. Consumers may be actively comparing options, so timely and professional communication can improve the overall experience.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it, agencies may not sell, transfer, publish, sublicense, or distribute consumer lead information to unrelated parties. Lead information should only be used for the permitted insurance purpose and in compliance with applicable privacy and communication laws.
